OnePlus is already rolling out the stable OxygenOS 13 for this year’s flagship i.e. OnePlus 10 Pro. Particularly, the OnePlus 10T have already received the closed Beta Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 update. Meanwhile, the OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9 Pro 5G and OnePlus 9 5G are currently on OxygenOS 13 Open Beta. Similarly, the OnePlus 8 series is also running OygenOS 13 Open Beta.

According to the official OxygenOS 13 Beta schedule, the OnePlus 10 Pro was scheduled to receive OOS 13 Beta in August, and the OnePlus 10R, OnePlus 9 pro and OnePlus 9 Pro joined the league in September. The remaining devices such as the OnePlus 10T, OnePlus 9RT, OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 8T, OnePlus Nord 2T and OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G have already received the OOS 13 Beta update or have yet to receive.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2, Nord 2, and Nord CE will receive the OOS 13 Beta update in the first half of 2023. OnePlus Nord 20 SE is scheduled to get the stable OOS 13 in the H1 2023.
However, the carrier–locked devices are not part of this rollout plan, and the stable rollout depends upon the changes required in the Beta version.
