Samsung is to hold the Galaxy Unpacked Event on February 1, 2023. Ahead of the launch of the Galaxy S23 Series, the official specifications have been leaked. The full specifications of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra have been revealed. The leaked images appear to be the official posters from Samsung France’s website.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Specifications
Processor & Display
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm mobile platform, as we tipped earlier. The Galaxy S23 Ultra will have an Infinity 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. It has a 3088 x 1440 pixels resolution plus HDR10+ which proves the power of the display. The screen has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
Camera & Audio
In the camera section, it will spot a 200-megapixel primary + 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens + 10-megapixel telephoto + 10-megapixel telephoto quad rear camera and a LED flashlight. Additionally, you will be able to capture 10x Optical Zoom and 100x Space Zoom pictures. On the front, it will have a 12-megapixel snapper as a selfie camera. The Galaxy S23 Ultra will have dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos compatibility.
Battery & RAM/Storage
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will be loaded with a 5000 mAh battery with a 45-watt fast wired charging and of course it will have wireless charging support of 15-watt. The Galaxy S23 Ultra will have two LPDDR5-based RAM and three storage variants – 8 GB/256 GB, 12 GB/512 GB/1TB. However, there is no space for a microSD port.
UI/OS & General
Moreover, it will be booted with One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box. It has 78.1mm x 163.4mm x 8.9mm dimensions and it weighs around 233 grams. The device has IP68 water resistance certification. The device will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock support. Talking about connectivity, the device will feature Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.3, and NFC support.
